    Favorites should absolutely be listed in alphabetic order. Or, better yet, allow users to put them in any specific order that best suites their individual needs. It seems this would be a very simple and logical program improvement.

    I too would like to have the ability to add multiple Home / Work / School addresses. These should always appear first / at the top of the "Search / Where To" bar, and not buried down in a list of Favorites. This would be very helpful for users that have multiple Home / Work / School locations.
