    Florida Highway Patrol appear to have some type of network jamming capability in their vehicles. When a FHP car is stopped at an accident, it's impossible to report the accident because Waze reports that there is no network connection.

    I'd like for Waze to accept the report for the GPS location where I began submitting the report and to send it as soon as possible. There is no need to notify me that there is no network connection, just take the report and upload it within the next few miles.
