Easy for them to track: If someone reports a cop(or anything, for that matter) as "not there", but a subsequent Wazer reports it as being there a short time later, this would indicate a false report & that person could have their credibility cut down. I assumed Waze was already doing this-giving more credibility by the point count and/or the number of "thanks" they get, and conversely reducing credibility by the number of false reports. Would make sense.
