    Here is a (rather poor, being on the opposite side of the road) sample of a LIDL icon (LIDL hits again, d'oh! :D) completely covering a Police report. The picture was obviously taken with some delay, the Police icon became visible once we've got closer, but there may be another police or a road work or ANYTHING else hiding under the upcoming Penny store, too. And in the cases of suspended roads, the assistance Waze offers is... suspended too. :/
