    Agreed, this drives me nuts. By the time it's safe to mark a closure, the available closure locations are on the new route and nothing to do with the actual closure so I just cancel it and everyone else behind me suffers.

    Agreed, this is absolutely infuriating. "yeay you reported a thing".. "ohh don't report twice in 5 minutes, this is abusing the system". It's moronic. The guidance is no more than once per minute but I still got flagged 5 minutes apart, it's utterly self defeating.
