    The reason why I picked restriction on my Waze was because I could not find any other option to show that there was a road closure on my map. Turns out the volunteer map editor said this was incorrect and suggested I voice my concern here. Why isn’t this a feature offered in CarPlay? This seems to be a gross flaw in Waze. This is one of the main reasons for community input to help others not get stuck in traffic. How can Waze recalculate a route for others if that option is not available in CarPlay? Please make this happen ASAP. This goes against your own mission statement: “In 2009, we created a crowd-sourced navigation app that would make it easier to circumvent literal and figurative bumps in the road. How? By working together.”
