    Good example is ID 321909224 Arthur Matthyslaan, Borgerhout, Belgium. Only speedlimit when sign is on (during schooldays and around school hours). Now waze puts the speedlimit always at 30 km/hr, where the normal speedlimit is 50 except for schooldays, when the sign is illuminated and visible
