Something I've thought about, especially while I've been stopped by a train, is how any report I can currently make will only affect my direction of travel. It's not useful for people coming the opposite direction.
I'm not sure how to exactly implement it, but it would obviously only be at railroad intersections. When the train is reported, it creates a standstill report for both directions of travel. This would go away after a certain period of time, or when normal travel is detected to be resumed.
