   Not Android Auto but I have the same issue on Apple CarPlay. I use wireless CarPlay so even when I turn the engine off, it doesn't disconnect. I believe that CarPlay knows if the engine is off and apps are able to query this, so if we could be allowed to enter fuel prices when CarPlay or Android Auto is connected but the engine is switched off, I'm sure more people would enter fuel prices when they fill up at a garage making the data better. Isn't that the point of a community driven app like this?
