    My friend shared his 7 hour trip with me. I am unable to follow it because of various errors... address is wrong, can t connect to network etc. I can find no information on how to fix this. It is extremely frustrating.
    On his last trip, I followed him fine and then lost him and couldn't get him back. Cant you at least have info somewhere about how to fix these problems? i can't even figure out who to call.
