   I had the same problem. Not clear how to respond. Go to Waze Map editor, find the location where you reported the problem on the map. I found a thought bubble. Click it and it had the response from waze asking me for more information and a place for me to comment adding more detail. I have added the detail and waiting to see if error gets fixed.
