Hi,
First - Chapeau for your software. Clients who are not familiar become immediate fans.
Second, please consider an option to mark public transportation vehicles. Your software "goes nuts" by recalculating every junction, trying to get me "back on track".
In my (humble) opinion - millions of bus drivers / taxi drivers / tour guides / limo chauffeurs would thank you. The majority may not have good enough english to make the suggestion or support the idea, so you may consider it 2,000 votes easily. (or have a coval suggestion box - impossible to handle)
