When an emergency vehicle needs to get to a location that can be sent directly from the command center, it would give the quickest route, show the route to other citizen drivers in red for example and if the ambulance is nearby, it would alert the drivers to pull aside. And if drivers are lets say at the accident location, Waze would request to free up the area. And as a final thing, if you are in a car crash or need ambulance, in the shortcuts menu you could add an ambulance button.
