Camera alerts issue
There is an issue with camera alerts: on waze map, if the camera icon is near the road but it is not located on the road, the app does’t notifies you when you are driving.

Kids in the car alert
Kids in the car alert so we stop hearing sad stories!
Add the option for parents to add this info to their account, maybe even to add their children's names. and upon arrival to destination, make the waze voice say something like: dont forget kids in the car, or dont forget sara in the car....
Same way you make the sound at the beginning of the drive to remind to turn on the lights .
Maybe even make a pop up alert that you can only close by pressing ok.....2 votes -
Bug fix needed
Railroad Crossing alert is not dismissed after railroad is crossed, it remains at the bottom of the screen, occluding ETA, mileage and time remaining, etc., until Waze is killed. New alerts like hazards, police, etc., come and go in the foreground, but the railroad crossing alert is still there after the others are dismissed. Starting a new drive does not make it go away.

Red light & speed camera warnings do not go away.
Recently, red light and speed camera warnings do not go away unless I close and restart the app. These warnings cover destination time and prevent access to other menus.

Unpaved road warning
If a Waze user turns off unpaved roads and goes somewhere requiring their use, they should receive a pop-up warning before starting the route instead of taking them as close as possible. Something like: “All routes to [ADDRESS] require driving on unpaved roads. Would you like to continue?” The user should be able to temporarily opt out of avoiding unpaved roads.
Oftentimes, a user who turns off unpaved roads is routed far from the actual destination.
I edit in a U.S. state with over 50% unpaved roads. This addition would improve the user experience significantly, especially since the state relies…

Speedometer alert threshold at 20%
You have 5,10,15,20 km as threshold and 5%,10%,15%. In many countries, radar detection is set at 20%, so why not add 20% as well? Or even better, a custom number both in km and %

Confirmation signalement
Bonjour, Waze nous demande de confirmer la présence d'un objet ou autre avant le lieu. Et au moment où on le voit ou pas la fenêtre disparaît.
Il serait préférable de pouvoir confirmer quand on a vu.

Not sure if Waze does curves speed alert, that would be nice especially driving on a unfamiliar road at night or in poor visibility.

NOVOS RADARES DESCONHECIDOS PELO WAZE
Estão ocorrendo instalações de vários radares nas rodovias do estado de São Paulo, Brasil, e os mapas não estão devidamente atualizados.
Como não existe mais o botão de informação da existência de radar, tenho observado que os usuários estão colocando alertas de presença de polícia nos respectivos novos pontos de radar.

Ability to change the default tone for camera alerts
Can we have the ability to change the default tone for red light (or all) camera alerts.
The red light camera tone is a beep and the speed camera tone is an audible loud verbal warning.
It would be really helpful if the user could change the beep to the audible warning because the beep is very easily missed, whereas the audible "speed camera" really grabs your attention.
