  1. Reporting privileges and scoreboard

    First, I want to tell you that I absolutelly love your app, it is my favorite app of all and I am truly a Waze ambassador (I have around 20 friends that are now using Waze due to me and over 10 friends that are using it havilly, due to my advice).

    I received your message and I have a couple of questions:

    1. Why my reporting privileges were disabled? Who, when and how decides what is excessive reporting or not? Is there some guidelines?

  2. Horrible accuracy, poor ETAs, poor routing lately.

    Waze accuracy, ETA and routing have all been terrible the past few months. I used to be able to count on Waze, but not any more. Not sure why this is or if anyone else is having trouble.

  3. Road closure navigation update

    When driving and find that the highway you're about to get on is closed. You sit in traffic for 45 minutes. After you pass the highway it continues to try to navigate you onto the highway when it is closed due to an accident

  4. after serveral times of waze updates, i found that currently waze is lagging and even telling me that no GPS . Why ?

    Hi,

    After several times of waze updates. i found that the app is getting lag and cause me miss out junction. The worse case is that it said no GPS connection when i launch the app. these issues doesn't happen when newly use

  10. audio gets quiet when switching audio sources

    My normal use of Waze is this: iPhone in dash mount, Instacast playing podcasts in background and Waze in foreground.

    Sometimes the main audio output gets quieter after Waze overlays a warning prompt or a phone call comes in. I can rarely fix it just with volume controls, but killing Waze fixes it every time.

  12. Limites de velocidad callao

    En el Callao han cambiado los límites de velocidad disminuyendo 10km por cada límite por ejemplo en avenida de 60km/h ahora es 50 km/h, en calles y Jirones de 40 km/h ahora es 30 km/h, sugiero cambiar estos límites para darnos las alertas adecuadas en la navegación, gracias.

  13. I received an update for Waze.

    I received a Waze update. Now Waze cuts out my music every time an alert occurs which requires me to reach over to my console to turn it back on. This happens every time an alert occurs. Please fix

  14. Landscape mode - report (not selectable)

    About a year ago - report became unselectable via UI when the phone is in landscape mode.

    A separate control to switch map orientation sits underneath. Change map rotation fires instead of the considerably larger "report ui"

    Id like the UI to function - report being one of the more helpful pieces whilst driving.

  16. Doesn’t direct you to the house number, only to start of street

    Had the same problem again today drove to an address which the same street was on both sides of a cross road, Waze told me to turn left when I should have turned right as it was a high house number, pain in the backside as it has happened on multiple occassions, I am going back to google maps until this is introduced it really is such a simple thing but so important

  19. ROAD CLOSURES are not shared . How can you improve this issue?

    Waze needs to make sure ROAD CLOSURES are noted for drivers.
    For 2 days , a road that has been closed was not noted for 2 days.

  20. Fix the "red light camera" bug

    For literally 5 years now, I've been noticing that at random times I will launch Waze and it will play the "Red light camera reported ahead" message in different languages. The languages used seem to be restricted to ones I've previously associated with navigation instructions, namely: French, Spanish, Japanese. Sometimes the message also plays in English.
