Don't connect to the speaker when voice is muted
I like to listen to music streamed via bluetooth from my phone. While running waze, even though I have the spoken navigation disabled, every time directions would've been announced, the music volume dips briefly. It appears that waze is trying to attach to the speaker even though it isn't saying anything. Please have it check for being muted before taking control away from other applications that use the phone's audio.

this is a limitation SPECIFIC to certain hardware
not all manufacturers use well designed audio layers. refer to csipsimple issues for more / examples
