Setting "Repeat every year" on an existing restriction
Now that we have the "Repeat every year" checkbox for restrictions, it'd be useful if we could tick this for existing restrictions to turn them into repeating ones, without the need to then also edit the start/end dates to avoid the "Start date can not be in the past" error.
e.g. a segment has an existing restriction set for 5th September 2019 to 20th October 2019, and the restriction is one that ought to be set as recurring.
The preferred workflow would be for the editor to simply tick the "Repeat every year" checkbox and save, without any other changes being required to the existing restriction setup.
The current workflow is that the editor ticks the checkbox but then still also needs to change the start and end dates to 5th September 2020-20th October 2020, which risks introducing an error in the modified start/end dates.

Another suggestion could be to have TBR to repeat the first occurrence of Sunday of every month, for local parades or festivals.

This is essential, the validation of the starting date has to be ignored when "Repeat every year" is checked.
I have a restriction that repeats every summer from June 15th to Sept 15th, I can't fill it in currently to repeat (Aug. 8th) and I will forget again next winter/spring... -

Also you can't tick the "Repeat Every Year" box on a restriction that is currently active with a start date in the past. You must wait until the restriction has ended before you can modify it.
