Show presence of wildfires and allow for user generated alerts of wildfire presence and closures due to wildfires. Create enhanced emergency alerts if user is near wildfire radius.
Partner perhaps with AREDN mesh network for live data feeds.

@LostInMyMaps, thank you for the explanation, but this situation doesn’t fall under crisis scenarios. Here, we’re dealing with roadside fires, which are usually small but can produce smoke that significantly reduces visibility. While temporary, the impact on visibility is just as severe as fog, which already has a dedicated alert. This might not be common in some countries due to humidity levels or vegetation types, but in Brazil and other tropical regions, it occurs more frequently. A possible solution could be to group fog and smoke under a single alert, perhaps labeled "Low Visibility" or simply "Fog/Smoke."
