Mark police/traffic issues on OTHER side of road
Today one can only mark police, traffic issues on the same side (direction of travel) of traffic, Provide the option to help others know when police, accident, traffic issues are on the other side of the road to aid the opposite traffic know about it since it is known before they get there.

In the case of divided roads, we need some means to attach an 'other side' report to the segment going in the other direction instead of the undrivable 'other side' of the one-way segment we're traveling on.

The ability to flag that police are on the other side of the road is great as this can warn Waze users approaching from the other direction. The ability to warn of other issues on the opposite side of the road would also to really useful to warn other road users of potential hazards such as an RTA for example which is likely to delay journey times.

This used to exist for certain reports, police, accident, and traffic jam, I believe. I think it's very useful to be able to report these on the other side, especially on divided roads
