    Often, new editors send PMs asking for support with an edit. They send the segment ID because they're unfamiliar with the permalink feature.
    To find the segment, we either have to send the permalink generation tutorial or ask for other information, such as the full address.

    This is possible with a script but it would be great if it is also possible with native WME.
