Floating Geometry Handles for Area Places

In WME it was recently introduced to have floating geometry handles to create new geo nodes. This is very convenient, and it would be great if the same could be implemented for Area Places.

    @John M: I don't think it applies to Map Comments in the same way. MC's are not visible in the client, and there is no reason to be precise with their shape.

    It is requests like these that I wish I could see more than 3 votes.

    While at it, add Map Comments to the list.
