Issue Tracker: within the Areas I Manage list, add an "All my areas" option

An All my areas option will give me a high-level view of all the areas I manage without selecting each area.

    Hi, this is marked as "now available", but unless I'm mistaken this is not true.
    I can see a dropdown of all my managed areas, but I have to select each of them one by one, so if I want to look for new URs I have to go through multiple separate lists selecting each managed area individually. I think the above idea was to have these integrated into one "all my managed areas" option.
