Many cities have stores with many locations around the city. These can be hard to distinguish in Waze, since people might not be familiar with the specific street name, and some countries have many streets with no name or similar names. Just as places are assigned to cities, it should also be possible to assign them to a neighborhood (defined based on community guidelines), so it's easier to find and identify places.

A recent feature allows for neighborhoods from Google to appear in search results, but this request is to define and manage neighborhood areas directly in the WME, either as a place attribute, defined polygons, or something similar.
