Fix the bug where it says you must submit current edits for review before you can edit another segment.
There's a bug where it says, "To edit another section, you must submit current edits for review." However, I have no edits ready to submit. After a few refreshes, one may show up so I deleted any edit shown under the "submit edits" button and start over but end up with the same error message.
So either there's a bug or you can't edit the speed limit on multiple segments of the same road at the same time? If that's the issue, then that would also be a pain. In about one mile of road in my local neighborhood, I'm having to select about 18 segments to select the segment of road where the speed limit was changed about a year ago. But when I try to edit speed limit, i get the message above even though I have no edits ready to submit for review. Super frustrating and a waste of time. I used to be a software engineer and I've attempted it multiple times. I refuse to submit 18 segment edits for the speed limit update one way and another 18 for the speed limit the other direction for one mile of road. I'm selecting all segments together, the editor is smart enough to recognize A to B so why does it think I have edits to submit before I can submit another?
