Show Permanent Hazard edit count on the editor profile page

Currently the editor profile page has the House Number edit count listed twice - the duplicate could be replaced with a total count of edits received from editing all Permanent Hazards. There are lots of hazard types now and editors would enjoy knowing the impact they are making by mapping them!

    It is interesting to add this, but more important, in my opinion, is clearing up the current rubbish on the profile page. the incorrect duplicate has been dumped there for a long time.
