As an individual working on public health for COVID-19, why not use WAZE symbology to alert drivers to high risk areas. I would key this to Ohio’s alert map. That way travelers can see that they are in an area where they may not want to stop if a lower risk county is a short distance away. Basically you crowdsource data collection and aggregate it like we would with any other point of interest in WAZE. Could be color coded to county. Harvard COVID tracking model already gathers county data. I am sure your wiz coders could find a way to put this out so that it created color symbology for the county.
