   BE able report when their is “heavy Rain” or heavy downpour with cero or bad visibility.
   In the hazard icon under weather their is no way to report this. You have flood, hail, fog, Ice, but no heavy rain, heavy rain storm cero visibility. In my area this icon would come in handy and I definitely would be using it frequently.
