    It would be nice when computing route to predict if traffic will be getting worse or better by looking at past trends and current accidents/slowdowns. As an example, if there is an accident or slowdown on westbound freeway A, then it could predict that there would be a slowdown on connecting freeway B in 5 minutes.

    This would be especially good if you could give a speed estimates (below & above my current speed) to time the light so I don't have to stop. My commute includes a 10 mile freeway followed by a single traffic light that should be able to be timed and Waze provide speeds on the freeway that would allow me not to have to stop at the traffic light.
