   En Colombia, los autos eléctricos no tienen restricción de pico y placa por decreto presidencial. Esto lo debería reflejar en la app, cuando se escoge tipo de "combustible" como eléctrico*, entonces debería ignorar la terminación de la placa.
   *Ya hay otras solicitudes para que la app incluya vehículos eléctricos.
