As Waze didn’t identify the kind of vehicle the user is driving, maybe it ends up directing heavy trucks on single family houses streets, where truck traffic is forbidden, causing some safety issues related to it, not to mention disrespect to the municipal driving and streets law.
It may be a gap on the Waze system, so, in order to avoid mounting future problems like this on ALL streets of the world where Waze operates its app, I strongly recommend the app to insert to its system some kind of vehicle check robot that could compare the vehicle license plate to the smart phone owners vehicles of own property, assuring the KIND of vehicle been routed to certain kinds of routes, improving the standard of living of every society it affects with the users that drives forbidden vehicles trough restricted streets.
