I agree. The app frequently wants me to cut across a busy boulevard and suggests it will be faster. It does not account for the fact that the heavy traffic flow makes it impossible to cross. I then have to take an alternate unplanned route which means my commute can end up to be twice as long. There is no way to report the problem in the app so that it doesn't keep telling people to take this option. It also tells me to take left turns into heavy traffic to make an immediate right turn. It's extremely dangerous and typically impossible to do.

Lost connection with my daughter when she's driving home from college. Never will use Facebook and resent forced social media integration. Why would you remove a feature that worked fine?
