An error occurred while saving the comment CastroBR commentedNo. Never gonna happen. The only ones that benefit from it are criminals and obviously speeders. Wanna kill someone with your irresponsible driving do it on your private road with your own family members.

A lot of us spend hours editing the maps, we are working for free to add content to Waze, I'm okey with working for free but paying to work is a big no no.
But if you must have ads, there should be a system that activates it for the ones that have none or very low ranks on the map editor and/or client.
The ones actively updating the map and reporting on the road should be considered staff and have a ad-free Waze. -

Very frustrating when you drive 6 hours through Norway to find out none of the reports went through nor can i edit the route. The phone was offline (roaming) with the preloaded route from when I left the hotel.
I imagined the data would be uploaded when entering Sweden and acquiring my mobile network back but nop.
