    Agree I had to drive a local road many times the paver just kept giving up because of no connectivity. Additionally waze would always route you into traffic because no one was able to report the issues.

    It would be good if you could report a hazard where there is no data signal then waze send the report as soon as data is available this is very useful where traffic issues occur in poor signal areas
