    There should be an option to mute the chime sound (or replace it with silence) also - and only that - not having to set sound to "alerts only". It was not there in the past, so please put an option in to disable it again. When driving on roads with a lot of section controls, the constant "ding" is driving people/passengers nuts. On top, the chime loudness & duration are so long that it mutes playing music for too long.

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
