When creating a report, the location of the phone when the orange report button is pressed should be saved as the location of the report in order to make the report’s location more accurate.
Ex: I see a police officer, and hit the orange report button, but it takes me a mile or so to finish filling out the report. When i hit “send” the report will go to the location where the orange button was originally pushed, rather than the location of when the user hits send.
