Distracted drivers unfamiliar with our narrow, sidewalk-less streets do not abide by the rules of the road and drive too fast. In a neighborhood with lots of children and pedestrians this is a tragedy waiting to happen.

One of the steepest streets in California. This is not clear from two-dimensional maps. Very dangerous!
People blow though busy stop-signs and don't know how to navigate right-of-way situations on steep hills and streets where there is room for only one car to pass at a time. Road rage is a daily problem.
