   Generally you find yourself stuck behind a police car on the highways once they may be doing the legal limit and holding up the flow of traffic.
   Why not allow an option that allows you to share your location showing you as a moving police car, allowing traffic in both directions to keep tabs on this police car.
   You will probably need a 5 minute reminder confirm you are still tailing the police car to avoid incorrect reporting.
