Suggest adding to the Weather Hazard options items like: light, moderate, or heavy snow falling, and light, moderate, or heavy rain falling.

I am a government contractor working in the area of aviation weather research. there would be great benefit in allowing Waze users to provide real-time road condition and weather reports with the push of a button (similar to reporting police presence, construction, or disable vehicles). this type of data would be invaluable to identify local weather conditions (ice, rain, snow, fog, tstorms, etc), have it accessible in "the cloud", and eventually allow weather forecasters to access that data for updated and enhanced weather forecasts. Simply adding a push button for specific weather / road conditions in the road application would be helpful and a great start

Recommend including additional road condition reporting options like: icy, patchy ice, snow-covered, slush, standing water.
