Indeed, you might be better off thinking about starting a business on a smaller scale. It will be almost impossible to compete in terms of promotion with such giants as Uber. If you still create a business and you need to promote it on the Internet, then first of all I recommend crowd marketing https://crowd-groups.com/en/ . It is inexpensive and effective, especially at the first stages of promoting your project on the Internet.
