   Joe's Hill Road in Brewster, NY is a narrow, winding, steep road. Many trucks have gotten stuck because they are too big to negotiate the turns. When that happens it can be hours before tow trucks can free them, and local residents can't come and go from their homes. Please do not allow trucks to use this road as an alternate route.
