This is a very weird one. It's like the app is the wrong way round! Reports that need to be made in the instant, like cars stopped at the side of the road can be made later, by which time the issue would probably be cleared. But Map Issues which would be much better with a comment, which you can't add while driving can't be saved to return to later. Making this change would increase the quality of user reports and save editors all those "can you add more info to this report" messages!
