   There is no option to report a living animal on the road. These is hugely essential highways where the speeds are high and a living animal(dog, horse,...) crossing the road can create a huge danger for drivers.
   As a Driver
   I want to be able to report a living animal as a hazard
   So that the other drivers can be informed and take the required actions to stay safe.
