   The new Thomas UK voice is awful -- why, if a new voice was needed, was the perfectly good old voice replaced? Why not just introduce the new one (that no one likes) and leave the old one? The new one neither sound good nor works well. It misprounounces many words and street names. It's abrupt. It's grating.
   I'm just not going to use the app anymore unless it is brought back. Easy enough. I don't need you; you need me as a customer paying you with my data and interaction.
