Please implement the option to avoid all sections of UK Smart Motorways which can use the hard shoulder as a driving lane. These are such potential death traps - and imagine what carnage there might be if a nationwide power outage such as recently experienced on the Iberian peninsular too place in Britain!
If I 'google' the following:
"how to plan a route avoiding smart motorways" the AI response informs me that such an option exists in Google Maps and in Waze. It really ought to exist given there is such a clear need that AI thinks the option obviously would exist.
