   What have you done to Kate's voice? Please restore it to the old Kate.
   With so many of your app's users complaining about the change to Kate and Thomas's voices, addressing it really should be a priority fit on your roadmap.

   The en route alert sounds are way too aloud, why?
   Please reduce the volume in an update, because it seems impossible to reduce on the app or device. We don't need to get PTSD while using Waze.
