This is actually a very practical idea, especially for people who use SIM-operated gates or smart home devices daily. Having Waze trigger a call or action shortly before arrival would improve safety and convenience since drivers wouldn’t need to use their phones while driving. Features like this make navigation smarter and more useful in real life. I’ve also seen helpful step-by-step mobile setup guides on https://smartsimreg.ph/ for similar SIM-based services and automation tips.

This is actually a really practical suggestion. I’ve experienced the same thing—once you’re already in the parking lot or near the destination, constant rerouting can feel unnecessary and even confusing. A “close enough” radius where navigation just ends would definitely improve the user experience, especially in areas with tricky layouts or GPS drift.
It would be great if Waze added a customizable distance threshold for this. By the way, I like exploring different tools and utilities online as well, found some useful ones here: https://ti-84calc.com/
This would honestly be a really useful feature. A lot of people already compare routes by time, so adding estimated fuel cost would make route planning much smarter, especially with current fuel prices.
Even rough estimates based on traffic and average consumption could help a lot. I’ve seen similar calculation systems work well on finance tools like https://calcolastipendionetto.com/, where users mainly want quick and practical estimates instead of perfect precision.
