  7. Should be an option to alert to change in speed limit (eg roadworks or variable speedon motorway) in same way can report accident etc

    In addition to construction zone speeds there are additional use cases for variable speed limits on roads. Montana and other states have a variety of country roads with one speed during the day and a different, lower, speed from dusk to dawn. Incorporating this information is important for routing choices and time estimation.
