   "ETA 1:30hrs +20mins delay (maybe in red?)."

   This exactly, please, and not just before setting off. If there are delays on your journey, show the total in red at all times, so the driver doesn't need to work backwards from the ETA or interact with the app to find out if their journey is going to be smooth or not.

   It also means if you set off and it's clear, then a delay appears, you can see instantly as the red text will have appeared, so know to check the new ETA.

   This is how TomTom does it.
