My microcar only goes at minimal speeds. Cruises at 30mph, normal motorway speed is about 40mph. Top speed 50mph. Can you do a "small private car" category or "classis car" category where the higher speed roads are reduced by one third? So, for instance, a 30mph road stays at 30, a 40mph road stays at 40, a 50mph, 60mph, or 70mph road pegs at 45. This seems an easy fix and the times would then be more accurate.
