Really classy, taking over three years to decline this request to show some respect to some of your longtime users. You should be ashamed.
The issue is Waze has not support this app for a while, even while MS was still promoting/supporting Windows Phone. Why Waze did not just officially pull support a couple years ago, rather than keep the app in the Windows Store and fool people, is why this is clearly Waze being jerks about it by kowtowing to their overlords at Google.
